🏮 Dab Radio Not Working In Car

was wondering if anyone could help please. my DAB radio in my Dec 2019 Golf R Estate has stopped working. All station except local DAB station and BBC have stopped. Mostly national stations. We purchased a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan 140TDI Highline in August 2021, so six months old. It has AM/FM radio, no DAB. The AM radio has so much static, it is totally unusable.
